Our individual personal training sessions are designed for you to work one-on-one with a nationally certified trainer. The session is one hour long and consists of a warm-up, strength training, core and balance excercises, and stretching.
Two-on-One Personal Training
During this session you will workout with a friend or family member while your personal trainer motivates, educates, and assists you both to meet your health and fitness goals. This can be a fun way to help support each other while receiving the guidance from a trained excercise professional.
Small Group Personal Training
Our small group personal training sessions consist of either 3 or 4 clients and one personal trainer. This option is another way to use the synergy of a group to help meety your health and fitness goals while defraying the cost of an individual personal training session. Because the groups are kept small, you still benefit from the expertise of your personal trainer.
Golf Specific Training
Rob Stallings, the areas only Master Golf Fitness Instructor, can help you hit the ball farther than ever before. After completing a golf fitness assessment, Rob will design a program that will increase your accuracy and consistency by increasing your strength, flexibility and stamina. Most importantly, you will reduce your risk of golf related injuries.
Dietitian Services
When you enter into a training program with Camargo Personal Fitness, we strive to educate you on healthy nutrition. Your nutrition is as important as the training you recieve. To assist you with these goals, we offer appointments with a registered dietitian. Our dietitian collaborates with your personal trainer to make sure you are eating properly so you can achieve the most from your workout.
