Lauren Altemuehle – Trainer

  • Master’s in Education
  • Certified by the American College of Sports Medicine

Lauren has been training clients Camargo Personal Fitness since 2000. She has her Masters degree in Health Education with a special emphasis in Exercise. Her previous jobs include group exercise instructor and personal trainer for Fitness Management Services and a graduate assistantship at the University of Cincinnati. Lauren has been a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine since 2000. Lauren’s fitness specialties include training female clients, postmenopausal fitness and senior fitness. Lauren’s hobbies include skiing, scuba diving, camping, cycling and yoga. She particularly enjoys spending time with her husband Dave and two sons.

Stephen Francia – Trainer

  • Certified by the American Council on Exercise

Stephen has been a personal trainer at Camargo Personal Fitness snce its opening in 2004 and proir to that was a trainer under the studio’s previous owner. Stephen holds degrees in Excercise Science and Architect Engineering. He is certified as a resistance training specilaist through the American Council on Excercise and as a group fitness instructor through the YMCA. Stephen’s fitness specialties include function training and general fitness. Stephen’s past jobs include managing a music store and photo lab. In his free time, Stephen enjoys acting, playing volleyball and soccer.

Rob Stallings – Trainer

  • Certifed by the Titlist Performance Institute
  • Certified by the American Council on Exercise
  • The Athletics Performance Institute

Rob has been a personal trainer at Camargo Personal Fitness since 2006. He holds certifications from the American Council on Excercise, the Titlist Performance Institute, and the Athletes Performance Institute. Rob specializes in golf and sport specific training. His previous jobs in personal training have included Club Golf of Cincinnati and the YMCA. Prior to the excercise field, Rob worked in Hamilton County as a police officer. Rob’s hobbies include water skiing, surfing, roller blading, cycling and lifting weights. Rob lives in Colerian with his wife Sally and teenage son and daughter.

Kris Bellush – Trainer

  • Master’s Degree in Clinical Excercise Physiology
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Marketing and Management
  • Certified by the American Council on Excercise

Kris has been training at Camargo Personal Fitness since 2007. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Marketing and Management. Kris has been certified with the American Council on Exercise since 2000. Her past jobs include Athletic Director at a U.S. Army base in Okinawa Japan, Recreation Director at Yellowstone National Park and an Associate Instructor at Indiana University’s School of Health Promotion. Her training specialties include strength training and functional fitness. In her spare time, Kris enjoys gardening, paper crafting and reading. Kris currently lives in Madeira with her husband Jon.
